MANUFACTURErS SALES AGENCY

     Rafales Agencies was founded in 1996. The partners of the agency, Harvey Raymer and André Allard, each have over 30 years experience in the plumbing industry. Today our sales agency covers Eastern   Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada, with offices in Montreal, Moncton NB and Dartmouth NS.

      Harvey and Andre, together with our team of outside sales representatives and inside customer service personnel, strive to answer the needs of our customers and  manufacturers. Our goal is to represent manufacturers that will enable us to gain the confidence of our customers, as well as providing them with thorough service and our best effort which will lead to strong partnerships.  

     Our customer base consists of national and independent distributors in plumbing, mechanical, HVAC/R, and Fire Protection.  We work closely with contractors in all market segments to introduce and promote our manufacturers products.
